1. What We Collect
When you join the waitlist we collect your email address. When you use the app we collect account details (name, email), authentication data, and the conversations and files you choose to share with the assistant. We use privacy-respecting product analytics (PostHog) to understand usage.
2. How We Use It
We use your information to operate the Service, communicate about access and updates, and improve deliverability guidance. We do not scan the content of emails you send through your own infrastructure.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with infrastructure providers necessary to run the Service (e.g. hosting, analytics, and email delivery), under appropriate agreements.
4. Retention & Your Rights
We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data.
