Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are
Landwell is an email deliverability product operated by DOREITHEL LTD, 8 The Green, Ste A, Dover, DE 19901, United States. We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy.

2. What We Collect
Account information. Your name and email address when you create an account, and authentication data associated with your login method, including passkey credentials. We never store your password in readable form.
Waitlist information. If you joined our waitlist, we hold the email address you gave us.
Content you provide. The conversations you have with the Service, and any files or deliverability data you share with it.
Billing information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive and store a customer identifier, your subscription status and plan, and the billing history associated with your account. We never see or store your full card number, security code, or bank credentials — those go directly to Stripe.
Subscription consent records. When you subscribe, we record that you agreed to the automatic renewal terms, and when. We are required to keep this.
Usage data. Pages viewed, features used, approximate location derived from IP address, and device and browser information, collected through PostHog. On our website (landwell.ai), the Meta Pixel also records the pages you visit and whether you click through to sign in or get started, so we can measure and improve our advertising on Facebook and Instagram.
Correspondence. Messages you send to our support or privacy addresses.
3. What We Do Not Do
We do not read or scan the content of email you send through your own infrastructure. The Service advises on deliverability; it is not a mail server and does not sit in your sending path.
We do not use your content to train AI models. Your conversations and the files you upload are sent to our AI provider to generate the guidance you asked for, and for nothing else. Neither we nor our provider train models on them.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your account information, content, or billing information for advertising. The only advertising use is the Meta Pixel on our website, described in sections 2 and 9, which you can opt out of.
4. How We Use Your Information
- to provide, operate, and maintain the Service;
- to authenticate you and secure your account;
- to process payments, manage your subscription, and send billing notices — including renewal reminders, the yearly subscription summary, price-change notices, and payment failure notices;
- to respond to your support requests;
- to understand how the Service is used and to improve it;
- to measure and improve our advertising, through the Meta Pixel on our website;
- to detect, prevent, and respond to abuse, fraud, and security incidents;
- to comply with legal obligations.
5. Legal Bases (for individuals in the EEA and the UK)
We process personal information where it is necessary to perform our contract with you, where we have a legitimate interest in operating and improving the Service, where we have a legal obligation, and, where required, on the basis of your consent — which you may withdraw at any time.
If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, we load PostHog analytics and the Meta Pixel on our website only if you accept them in the banner shown on your first visit. You can change your choice at any time with this link, or by writing to privacy@landwell.ai.
6. Service Providers
We share personal information with the providers below, only as needed to run the Service, and under agreements that require them to protect it.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our Terms, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets — in which case we will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different policy.
7. International Transfers
We are based in the United States and our providers process information there and in other countries. Where we transfer personal information out of the EEA or the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards, including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
8. Retention
We keep your account information and content for as long as your account is active, and for a limited period afterward so that you can reactivate and so that we can resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
Files you attach in the chat are deleted 72 hours after you upload them. The conversation keeps the file's name so you can see what was discussed; the file itself is gone.
We keep billing and transaction records for the period required by tax, accounting, and anti-fraud law.
We keep the record of your consent to automatic renewal for at least three years, or one year after your subscription ends, whichever is longer, as consumer protection law requires.
We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed for these purposes.
9. Your Rights
You may request access to your personal information, correction of inaccuracies, deletion, a portable copy, or that we restrict or stop certain processing. Write to privacy@landwell.ai and we will respond within the time the applicable law allows.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and disclose it, to request its deletion or correction, and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information. The Meta Pixel on our website may count as sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising; you can opt out by turning on Global Privacy Control in your browser (we honor it automatically and the pixel does not load) or by writing to privacy@landwell.ai.
If you are in the EEA or the UK, you also have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
10. Security
We protect your information with encryption in transit, access controls, and authentication methods that support passkeys. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep the risk low, and we will notify you and the relevant authorities of a breach affecting your personal information where the law requires it.
11. Children
The Service is for business use and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, write to privacy@landwell.ai and we will delete it.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. For material changes we will notify you by email or through the Service before they take effect. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
