Landwell's sending rules
Last updated: 14 September 2026
Landwell works by guiding you. Our guarantee applies where that guidance was followed. These are the five rules — the same five written into Section 8 of our Terms of Service.
1. Follow the schedule
Follow the sending schedule and volume recommendations Landwell gives you — or tell Landwell why you could not, so that it can adjust them.
2. Send only to people who asked
Send only to recipients who gave you consent. Never to purchased, rented, or scraped lists.
3. Stop sending to people who said no
Stop sending to addresses that hard-bounced, and to anyone who marked your mail as spam or unsubscribed.
4. Keep your authentication in order
Keep your sender authentication — SPF, DKIM and DMARC — in the state Landwell recommended.
5. Tell Landwell when things change
Tell Landwell when you materially change your sending domain, your sending platform, your IP addresses, or the nature of the mail you send.
How we check
Everything Landwell advised you, and everything you reported back, is in your conversation history. That record is what we look at. If we conclude the guarantee does not apply, we tell you which rule was not met, and why. We will not withhold it over a minor or immaterial departure, and where the record is unclear, the doubt goes in your favour.
What the guarantee is
If, after three consecutive months of paid subscription following these rules, you still experience material spam placement problems, our deliverability team works directly with you at no additional charge to diagnose and address them. Write to hello@landwell.ai to request it.
This is a service commitment, not a warranty of results: no inbox placement rate is guaranteed, and it does not entitle you to a refund. The full terms are in Section 8 of the Terms of Service.
