Support and billing

Write to hello@landwell.ai for anything to do with your account: how the Service works, invoices, and cancellation.

You do not have to write to us to cancel. You may cancel at any time, online, from the billing portal linked in your account and at the bottom of every billing email we send you — that is Section 7 of the Terms of Service. If you would rather we did it for you, the same address works.

It is also the address to use to request the service commitment described in Section 8, after three consecutive months of paid subscription. The conditions are on our sending rules page.

Privacy and data requests

Write to privacy@landwell.ai to request access to your personal information, correction of inaccuracies, deletion, a portable copy, or that we restrict or stop certain processing. We respond within the time the applicable law allows.

Response time

We do not promise a delay, because we have not measured one and would rather not publish a number we cannot stand behind. What we can tell you is that both addresses are read by a person, and answered in the order they arrive.
