About Landwell
What Landwell is
Landwell is an AI deliverability guide. It guides you through IP warmup and sender reputation recovery — the two things that decide whether your emails reach inboxes or spam folders — and through spam placement problems when they appear. It is for teams that send email at volume and cannot afford to land in spam.
It is a chat, at app.landwell.ai. There is no software to install and no integration to set up. Landwell advises; it does not touch your sending systems, log into your email platform, or send anything on your behalf.
How it works
You sign in, and you describe what you are sending. You can attach what you already have: a CSV export from your email platform, a spreadsheet, a text file, or a screenshot of a report. Landwell cannot read PDFs or Word documents, and says so when you attach one rather than answering as though it had.
From there you get a diagnosis and a plan — what to fix, in what order, and how much to send. Where the answer depends on something Landwell has not been told, it asks rather than assumes.
Who operates it
Landwell is a service operated by DOREITHEL LTD, 8 The Green, Ste A, Dover, DE 19901, United States. Landwell is the name of the service; DOREITHEL LTD is the company you contract with when you subscribe.
The agreement is in our Terms of Service, and what happens to your data is in our Privacy Policy. To reach a person, see Contact.
What we commit to
We do not guarantee a specific inbox placement rate. What we commit to instead — and the five sending rules that commitment depends on — is written out in Section 8 of the Terms of Service and, in plain words, on our sending rules page.
We do not restate it here. Those two pages hold the wording we are held to, and a third version of it on a page like this one is how the three start to disagree.
